畢業於香港大學(HKU)家庭研究院婚姻及家庭治療碩士 (Master in Marriage and Family Therapy)
2008-2010
任職立法會議會辦事處助理，參與教育、福利、醫療等政策研究，及跟進個案。
2008年
開始家庭治療師的工作，主要服務為
- 夫婦/伴侶關係 - 家庭關係
- 情緒問題
- 親職(parenting)問題 及
- 有特殊學習需要的學生及其家庭(主要包括AD/HD、自閉症(Autism)及亞氏保加症(Asperger )、聽障、視障等)
2010年 至今 全職家庭治療師的工作
曾參與多個家長講座，內容包括不同類別特殊學習需要的學生的發展及家庭關係
2011年
參與香港小童群益會出版的《亞氏保加症家長教師實務手冊》(2011)及《專注力不足及過度活躍症家長教師實務手冊》(2012)的寫作
本人之前曾接受的訓練包括特殊學習困難(SLD)，遊戲治療(Play Therapy)，教練技術(Coaching)，短期心理治療(Brief Therapy)及感動治療(Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)等
